MoyoDesk B.V. ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Dutch data protection law.

1. Data Controller

MoyoDesk B.V. is the Data Controller for its own personal data. Where you use MoyoDesk to process data about your customers, you are the Data Controller and we are a Data Processor.

2. Personal data we process

Account information: name, email, phone, address
Billing information: VAT number, IBAN (via Mollie)
Usage data: IP address, browser, login timestamps
Content: tickets, messages, orders via connected services

3. Lawful basis

Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)), consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and to object. Contact [email protected].

5. Data transfers

All data is hosted within the European Union. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU.

6. Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. Invoices are retained for 7 years per Dutch tax law.

7. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures including TLS encryption, at-rest encryption of sensitive fields, role-based access control, and regular security audits.
