Step 1 — Generate Bol.com API credentials**
Log in to bol.com/sdd and navigate to Instellingen → API instellingen. Click API aanmaken and give the key a name such as MoyoDesk. Copy the Client ID and Client Secret — you will need both in the next step.
**Step 2 — Enter credentials in MoyoDesk**
In MoyoDesk go to BolMaat → Settings. Paste the Client ID and Client Secret into the corresponding fields. Click Test Connection. MoyoDesk verifies the credentials against the Bol.com API and confirms if they are valid.
**Step 3 — Configure sync settings**
Set the order sync interval — fifteen minutes is the default and covers most use cases. Enable message sync to pull buyer enquiries into your MoyoDesk inbox. Enable return sync so return requests appear on your Returns dashboard.
**Enabling AI autoreply**
Go to BolMaat → AI Settings and toggle Enable Autoreply. Choose whether the AI sends replies automatically or creates drafts for your review. Enter the fallback language — Dutch by default. The AI reads your order history and product descriptions to give contextually accurate answers.
**Setting shipping integration**
Under BolMaat → Shipping, link a carrier (PostNL, DPD, DHL) to auto-generate shipping labels when you click Ship. MoyoDesk sends the tracking code back to Bol.com and marks the order as shipped in both systems.
**Monitoring the integration**
The BolMaat dashboard shows the last sync time, total orders synced, and any sync errors. Errors are flagged in red with a description — the most common is an expired API key, which you fix by regenerating credentials on Bol.com.
