Finding the subscription page**
Log in and navigate to Admin → Billing → Subscription. You see your current package status, the number of days remaining in your trial, and a list of available plans.
**Comparing the packages**
The Starter package at €89 per month includes up to three maats and three staff members. The Growth plan at €189 covers six maats and ten staff. Professional at €349 unlocks all twenty-six maats with unlimited staff plus advanced features including ERP, accounting, and custom domains. Enterprise pricing is available on request for white-label or multi-company setups.
**Billing cycle discounts**
Switching from monthly to quarterly billing saves five percent. Bi-annual billing saves ten percent. Annual billing saves eighteen percent — roughly two months free per year. The discount is applied immediately and your next invoice reflects the new rate.
**Activating your subscription**
Click Subscribe Now next to your chosen package. You are directed to the payment page where you enter a credit card or connect an iDEAL account. MoyoDesk uses Mollie as its payment provider, which supports iDEAL, SEPA direct debit, credit cards, and Bancontact.
**What happens after payment**
Your subscription activates instantly. All integrations that were paused at trial end resume automatically. You receive a PDF invoice by email within minutes. Future invoices are sent on the same day each month or billing period.
Cancellation is available at any time from the same Billing page. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
