Accessing reports**
Navigate to Admin → Analytics. The overview page shows seven-day trends for orders, revenue, return rate, and AI autoreply rate. Each metric is clickable and expands into a detailed chart with date-range controls.
**Revenue report**
The revenue report breaks down income by maat (Bol.com, Amazon, eBay), by product category, and by billing period. Export as CSV or PDF. Use the comparison toggle to overlay the same period last month or last year.
**Order funnel report**
The order funnel shows orders received, orders shipped, orders delivered, and orders returned as a waterfall chart. Filter by maat or by date range. A high gap between shipped and delivered often indicates a carrier issue worth investigating.
**Return rate analysis**
The returns dashboard shows return rate by product, by maat, and by return reason. High return rates on specific products flag quality or description issues. Filter by maat to identify if returns are channel-specific.
**AI performance report**
Under Analytics → AI Stats, see the total AI messages sent, auto-send rate versus manual review rate, average response time, and buyer satisfaction scores. This helps you calibrate the AI confidence threshold — a threshold that is too low results in poor auto-replies, too high means the AI rarely fires.
**Scheduling automated reports**
Click Schedule Report on any report page. Choose daily, weekly, or monthly delivery. Enter the recipient email addresses. The report is generated and emailed as a PDF attachment at the configured time every period.
**Exporting raw data**
All tables on the Analytics pages have an Export CSV button that downloads the underlying data for import into Excel, Google Sheets, or your business intelligence tool of choice.
