Why integrate your WMS**
When an order arrives in MoyoDesk from Bol.com, AmazonMaat, or eBay, it can be automatically forwarded to your WMS for picking and packing. When the WMS ships the order, it sends the tracking code back to MoyoDesk, which forwards it to the marketplace and marks the order shipped — all without manual intervention.
**Connecting Picqer**
Go to PicqerMaat → Settings. Enter your Picqer subdomain (e.g. yourcompany.picqer.com), API key (found in Picqer under Beheer → API), and select which order statuses trigger a push to Picqer. Enable two-way stock sync to update MoyoDesk stock levels whenever Picqer processes a shipment.
**Connecting Sendcloud**
Navigate to Sendcloud → Settings. Enter your Sendcloud Public Key and Secret Key from your Sendcloud account (Instellingen → API). Select your default shipping method per carrier. MoyoDesk automatically creates Sendcloud shipments when you click Ship on an order and retrieves the label PDF.
**Connecting Monta**
Monta uses a webhook-based integration. In MontaPortal go to Instellingen → Webhooks and enter the MoyoDesk webhook URL shown on the Monta settings page. Enter your Monta API credentials in MoyoDesk and test the connection.
**Stock sync across channels**
Once at least one WMS is connected, enable Stock Sync under Admin → Inventory. MoyoDesk aggregates stock levels from all connected WMS systems and updates marketplace listings accordingly, preventing overselling across Bol.com, Amazon, and eBay simultaneously.
